Processing times

Most items are made to order and posted within 3 days of purchase (unless otherwise specified) from Melbourne, Australia. Custom orders can take longer but I will give you an ETA when discussing the details prior to purchase. If you need an item by a specific date just contact me to check it will arrive in time.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all items over $50 worldwide!

International shipping times may vary from country to country but usually take no longer than 10 business days to the US, the UK and Canada. Within Australia packages are sent express via Australia Post and will therefore only take 1-2 business days to arrive after your order is constructed.

Along with your confirmation email on purchase, I will send you an ETA for your package. You will also receive a notification when your item is shipped which includes a tracking link.

Some countries charge a customs fee for imported items over a certain value. Your package will be shipped from Australia so please check your country’s particular policies before making a purchase if this is a concern.

If you think your package has been lost in transit contact me so I can follow up with Australia Post or organise a replacement.

International registered/expedited shipping will incur extra costs, please contact me before making a purchase to discuss the options. I will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.

Shipping to the EU

Due to recent changes in import regulations (GPSR) I am no longer able to ship items to countries within the EU. Unfortunately it is prohibitively expensive for me to have a responsible agent within the EU to comply with the new regulations but I’m still waiting for more specific information about small businesses to be issued. Hopefully sole traders creating handmade items like myself will be taken into account and I can post jewellery to the EU once more. I will update this section if anything changes.

Pick up

While I don’t have a physical store, If you happen to be in Melbourne/Naarm and would prefer to pick up your item I can arrange collection at my stockist in.cube8r gallery in Fitzroy. Simply make a note when purchasing and I’ll send you an email when your item is ready for collection.
